Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel Wedding Photography – Robyn and Chris

Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel Wedding Photographer

I’m lucky enough to be chosen to be Castle Bromwich Hall Hotels official wedding photographer. This place is one of my favourite wedding venues as I’m spoilt for choice of where to photograph, it also suits my style of wedding photography and all the different types of specialist creative lighting I use. This Grade 1 listed country hotel has lots of features throughout the grounds and inside the hotel itself – and it is only 20 minutes from my house.

Both Robyn and Chris were getting ready in the hotel so it was easy for me to photograph both of them in the morning without having to travel from one venue to the next, this is always recommended by me if possible as it means there’s no rushing around at the start of the day. Robyn and Chris had planned their day to perfection and had chosen to have their wedding ceremony at 12 pm, which is an ideal time during winter weddings as it means there is still enough light if the weathers good to take photos outside. Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel has some truly impressive grounds that make it a dream to use for photos, but if the weather is bad the inside is a delight to use as well,  with chandeliers throughout the romantic, elegantly styled 16th-century hotel. With the wedding just after Christmas the venue was still beautifully decorated with a winter theme including Christmas trees and Christmas decorations were dotted around the inside of the hotel. This was my last wedding of 2018 and although there was a slight chill in the air, the weather held up throughout the day and even gave us some beautiful sunlight during the group photos outside. This wedding was everything you could ever ask for on a wedding day and the guests even had a play with sparklers in the evening.
