Granary Hotel Weddings
On a lovely, sunny Autumnal day, I arrived at the Granary Hotel in Shenstone. Greeted by beautifully manicured gardens I was excited at the prospect of photographing here for the first time as I could see instantly there was going to be ample photo opportunities.
Dave, the groom, was an old school friend from many moons ago, and we had also shared the same tutors in college for a photography course which added a little pressure to the day!
Fortunately, the couple had allocated time generously for their photographs. In fact the couple had planned the day meticulously and even included an indoor bouncy castle and play areas for the children…and for those who are young at heart!
As the evening drew in, the bride and groom wanted some creative shots with sparklers. So after the first dance I set up the equipment outside and worked with the bride and groom to perfect the look I wanted.
I photographed this wedding up until the first dance and I’ve added a small selection of their wedding photos below.
I wish Amy and Dave all the best in their future together.
“I cannot rate Dave’s work high enough. We hired him to photograph our wedding and after receiving the finished product today we were absolutely blown away. For two people who aren’t normally fans of being in front of the camera, Dave put us completely at ease and truly captured the happiness we both felt on the day.”
