We had a great time at Danielle and Scott’s wedding at St Peter’s Church in Mancetter. Yet again this year the weather was perfect and as you can see in the photos not only was it sunny but we made good use of the clouds later on in the day for creative and dynamic photos.
We Met up with Scott and his groomsmen around half an hour before the ceremony to get some photos of the rings, Scott and his groomsmen and the guests arriving. We always like to speak to the vicar before hand to see what rules he has for taking photos during the ceremony. He was great and had no problems with us taking photos throughout the ceremony and letting me move around freely. I can set my cameras to completely silent mode if needed now so I can really be discreet when photographing the ceremony, this is something I love about using Fuji cameras. Most other cameras can be quite noisy in quiet churches and can be distracting for the guests and the couple which is why some vicars can be very strict with photographers.
Danielle turned up with her father in a beautiful wedding car outside the church before making her way up the church path with her bridesmaids, they all looked stunning. As Danielle and the bridesmaids made their way into the church you could see Scott’s nerves kicking in. But as soon as he saw the gorgeous Danielle they all went away, the ceremony went as planned and was full of laughter.
The rest of the day can be seen in the photos below as the reception was at the Oak Ridge golf course in Nuneaton, a lovely venue with fantastic views.
We really enjoyed their wedding and we wish Danielle and Scott all the happiness in their future together.
