Warwick House in Warwickshire is a beautiful wedding venue and one that I’ve photographed at before, it’s a perfect place to hold a wedding and I can see why it’s very popular all year round. Warwick House has exquisite, versatile reception rooms, beautiful arched windows and pretty, landscaped terrace and gardens to complete the scene. They have a dedicated team to make your special day run smoothly and unforgettable.

I started the morning off photographing the guys, surprisingly they were very chilled out and looking very dapper in their wedding suits. There was amazing light streaming through the large windows in the honeymoon suite which gave lovely soft light for me to photograph Stephen as he got ready. To be honest most guys feel pretty awkward when being photographed but Stephen and his groomsmen seemed to really enjoy the experience, blue suits were definitely popular last year and they seem to still be popular this year too. The honeymoon suite room they were in was certainly bigger than where the girls were getting ready, but there was 1 Bride, 4 Bridesmaids, 3 Page boys, hair and makeup artists and a host of other people popping in to see what was going on at the time. Sophie and her Bridemaids looked stunning in their dresses and Sophie’s dad eagerly waited at the bottom of the stairs to see his daughter for the first time in her wedding dress.
The wedding was held in the bright and elegant main room. You could see Stephen was slightly nervous as he waited for Sophie to walk down the aisle but as soon as he saw her all his nerves seem to go away and was replaced by a beaming smile. The ceremony went without a hitch as did the rest of the day with lovely weather throughout. I stayed from the morning preparations all the way through to the craziness in the evening and it was a fantastic wedding from start to finish.
